About this website

This website shows our collections, tells you where to buy the jewelry and lets you get in touch. You can't order or pay online here. No purchase agreement is formed through this site, so rules about shipping, returns and distance selling don't apply.

Requests are non-binding

You can use the form to ask whether a piece is available. Such a request doesn't commit you to anything, and it doesn't commit us either. We reply by email, usually within two working days. Pick-up on Bonaire can be arranged.

Current prices and stock are available from the shops or by email. What you see on the site is for information and may change.

Sales points

Our jewelry is sold at MG Bonaire, Playa Gift Shop, Beach Vibes Sorobon, Vista Blue Boutique Store and Sunset Gift Shop. When you buy there, your purchase is with that shop, so questions about it are best taken to the shop first. If you get stuck, feel free to email us.

Photos, text and logo

All photos, text, the logo and the designs on this site belong to Isla de Oro Bonaire unless stated otherwise. Please don't copy, edit or use them commercially without permission.

Would you like to share a photo, for instance on Instagram? Just ask by DM or email; we're happy to help.

Using the site

Use the website for what it's meant for. Don't try to disrupt or misuse it, and don't use the form for spam or messages unrelated to our jewelry.

We do our best to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we can't rule out every mistake. Please also read our disclaimer. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for damage arising from the use of this site or from information that turns out to be incorrect.

We may update these terms. The version on this page is always the one that applies.
