Materials

Our jewelry is designed and made on Bonaire. The base is stainless steel. Some pieces are finished with freshwater pearls, shells such as cowrie and mother-of-pearl, green gemstones or beads.

Natural materials like pearls and shells vary slightly in colour and shape. That's part of their character and makes every piece unique.

Viva Collection

The Viva Collection is made of marble-look beads with gold-coloured parts. The gold-coloured spacer beads between them are not stainless steel (the charm itself is) and can discolour over time.

Allergies and sensitive skin

We can't guarantee that our jewelry is nickel-free. If you have sensitive skin or a known metal allergy, email us before you buy and we'll tell you what we know about the materials of that specific piece.

If you notice itching, redness or any other reaction, take the piece off.

Children and small parts

Our jewelry is not a toy. It contains small parts such as beads, charms and clasps that could be swallowed. Keep it out of reach of children under 3 years old.

What to expect

Jewelry is meant to be worn, and wear leaves traces. Even stainless steel can pick up small scratches over time, and pearls and shells are more delicate than metal. So we don't promise a piece will always look like it did on day one; with a little care, it will stay lovely for a long time.

Warranty

We provide a warranty when the conditions below are met.

Our warranty period is 1 month.

We offer a 6-month warranty against discolouration of stainless steel jewelry and a 4-week warranty on all other items.

Was the item delivered with a defect? Then please let us know within 2 working days of receiving it. We will assess the item and offer a suitable solution.

We only accept returns if the items are in their original condition and if there has been contact about a defect beforehand.

We offer a 1-week warranty on soldered products (rings with a part fixed onto the ring) and on items with elastic, such as an elastic ring. Elastic is less sturdy than the stainless steel rings.

We do not offer a warranty for wear and tear from normal use.

Although most of our jewelry is stainless steel, we advise against letting it come into contact with water, cleaning products, perfume, soap or lotion. That way your jewelry stays at its best.
